Here is a small guide to some of the harmful ingredients in beauty products that you should avoid and which you should choose:
• Dyes: you should prefer cosmetics with natural dyes, and avoid chemicals such as bright blue dye FCF-E133, bright green BS-E142, yellow / tartracin-E102, sunset yellow FCF-110 and red 33.
• Likewise you should avoid products containing quatemium 15 formaldehyde, glycol ether, mercury and lead, methyl, propyl, butyl and ethyl parabens, petrolatum, phenylenediamine (PPD), falates and toluene. These ingredients, using them daily, can be harmful.

Natural cosmetics

Natural cosmetics, if they are original and of quality, are composed almost entirely of raw materials of vegetable or mineral origin, never animal. The natural cosmetics is based primarily on the use of plants, flowers, herbs and extracts . This type of cosmetics have a different presentation, color, texture and smell than conventional cosmetics. Definitely, these cosmetics are ideal for health in every way, the only thing that should be emphasized is certain important data:
• Because they are natural products, their life time is shorter, because they are not preserved with chemicals. • They have a texture and color different from those made with chemicals. • They do not contain substances harmful to the skin or to the health of the user. • They tend to be a bit more expensive because of their quality. • Many of those who are dedicated to developing natural cosmetics are really concerned with the quality of the product and not the presentation of it, so they do not add any chemical substance to improve their appearance. • In order to perfume the product, no artificial aromas should ever be used, nor are those aromas identical to natural aromas acceptable, which can contain 100% artificial raw materials.

The commercial beauty products

It is also important that you do not get carried away by all that they say in advertisements, magazines and advertising media. You have to remember that you are big companies, they want to sell, they want to cause a sensation and many of them act based on what will be "salable" and most are not interested in whether or not they will give you an allergy after a while. you use them
The vast majority of "miracle " products that are now very fashionable, are the result of very small criteria by companies, who observe that people say "I want a lotion that removes wrinkles for me tomorrow" and then They invent something convincing to satisfy that superficial desire.
You must know that a skin without wrinkles and the general state of the skin is not created from one day to the next, and any product that promises you this will only give you momentary results, but soon there will be sequels. A beautiful and healthy skin is the result, first of all, of a good diet and other cleaning habits , for example, and you have to keep in mind that whatever cream you use, your skin will be mainly nourished with what you eat. , and no matter how much a cream says it is nutritious and promises this and that, it will not do it or it will do it temporarily if your aliementation, among other things, is not balanced.
