Shrink your belly in three days!

If you need to reduce your belly in a short time and it does not occur to you as, we recommend you follow the letter of the following diet. It is said that there are no wonder diet, but if you can help you reduce your belly as much as possible in a short time. Everything is a matter of you putting care and will for only three days!


This diet, also, will help your skin look healthier and lose one or two kilos since it also serves as a purification diet of the body, so it will help all your organs and systems to rejuvenate a little and strengthen the immune system, Besides that it will give you new energy!

Considerations before starting the diet:

  • You should try to combine this regimen with some exercise to accentuate the results and help the fat to be removed more easily.
  • If you are very overweight , perform this diet for 7 days.
  • If you are not very overweight and only want to lower your abdomen a bit, follow this diet and after 3 days follow the recommendations that come at the end of the diet. 
  • During the diet, you should drink two liters of pure water every day (do not count sugary drinks or juices).
  • You should not drink any sweetened or fruity drink with any food. The fruit juicesshould be drunk on an empty stomach, do not combine fruit with no food. If you are very hungry, the only thing allowed to eat is pineapple, grapes or oranges. 

Menu indicated:

The foods that you must avoid at all costs (in case you get hungry) are: sugars and refined flours , processed, fried, sausages, cow's milk and derivatives (such as cheeses, etc.) and meats, especially red.  
First day:
FASTINGS (6 to 7 in the morning): Infusion of green tea with the juice of a squeezed lemon. DO NOT eat anything until half an hour passes. BREAKFAST (8 to 9 in the morning): a plate of pineapple, orange or papaya to choose, just one fruit. LUNCH (between 12 and one in the afternoon): a cup of oatmeal or milk. BETWEEN MEALS: fresh carrot juice with alfalfa without sweetening or adding lemon. FOOD (between 4 and 5 in the afternoon): vegetable soup with fresh salad of sprouts or soy. BETWEEN MEALS (6 or 7 in the afternoon): a cup of green tea (do not take it together with food) DINNER (between 7 and 8 in the evening): a plate of brown rice with vegetables. BEFORE SLEEPING (at nine o'clock at night): cup of unleavened canary milk. 
Second day:
FASTINGS (6 to 7 in the morning): Infusion of green tea with the juice of a squeezed lemon. DO NOT eat anything until half an hour passes. 
BREAKFAST (8 to 9 in the morning): Fruit to choose: pineapple , grapes or banana. 
LUNCH (between 12 and one in the afternoon): vegetarian sandwich with plenty of fresh vegetables and tofu. 
BETWEEN MEALS: fresh carrot juice with beetroot and celery without sweetening or adding lemon. 
FOOD (between 2 and 3 in the afternoon): miso broth with 2 potato or carrot pancakes with fresh salad. 
BETWEEN MEALS: one cup of green tea (do not take it together with food) 
DINNER: cup of soy milk or amaranth cereal bar. 
BEFORE SLEEPING: cup of canary milk.
Third day:
FASTINGS (6 to 7 in the morning): Infusion of green tea with the juice of a squeezed lemon. DO NOT eat anything until half an hour passes. 
BREAKFAST (8 to 9 in the morning): Fruit to choose: pineapple, grapes or banana and 3 almonds. 
LUNCH (between 12 and one in the afternoon): plate of brown rice with vegetables. 
BETWEEN MEALS: a large glass of fresh carrot juice with beetroot and celery without sweetening or adding lemon. 
FOOD (between 2 and 3 in the afternoon): pumpkin pancakes without frying or potato salad. 
BETWEEN MEALS: a cup of green tea (do not take it together with food) or eat a cup of grapes. 
DINNER: cup of almond milk with a slice of wholemeal bread. 
BEFORE SLEEPING: cup of canary milk or a fresh apple.
We have said that this diet is purification , so you should not follow it for more than 5 days. However, if you want to follow another diet after this to continue losing weight or keep fit, with a flat abdomen, you can follow the same recommendations but including fish, homemade yogurt, bakery and pasta.
If you do not want to gain weight again, you really need to avoid white or refined flours and pastas as well as processed sugars such as sodas, cookies, sweets, etc., which are the main causes of overweight. 
Keep taking the green tea with lemon in an empty stomach and the canary milk to help your body purify and remove accumulated fats and toxins responsible for overweight.
